If your purchased plan failed to activate due to a verified technical issue.

 

If Fixly.lt cancels or discontinues a paid service before completion.

 

 

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

 

When the user changes their mind after purchase.

 

When the user fails to use the service within the validity period.

 

When a listing violates Fixly.lt’s community or posting policies.

 

 

 

 

🔹 3. How to Request a Refund

 

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

 

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction at support@fixly.lt

 

 

2. Include the following details:

 

Registered email ID

 

Payment transaction ID

 

Plan or service purchased

 

Reason for refund request

 

 

 

 

Our support team will verify and respond within 3–5 business days.

 

 

 

🔹 4. Refund Process

 

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase.

 

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal, etc.).

 

 

 

 

🔹 5. Cancellation Policy

 

You may cancel your listing or plan anytime, but no refund will be issued for partially used or expired services.

 

Once a membership or ad boost is activated, it remains active until the end of the purchased period.

If a technical error prevents service activation or you face payment deduction without service activation, Fixly.lt will ensure full support and priority resolution.
